AI training for business teams
What to hand to the model, how to check its answer and where the data you paste into a chat ends up. We practise on tasks from your own work, and at the end we write down rules you can put into your company AI policy.
In short
- Who it's for
- Sales, customer service, HR, finance, marketing and management boards. No technical background needed.
- Length
- 1 day or two half-day sessions.
- Format
- On-site in Poland or Norway, or remote, in English or Polish, on the tools you already use.
- Price
- From PLN 7,000 net per training day. You order directly from me, with no agency in between, and the fixed price is agreed before we start.
Programme
- How a model works and why it makes things upA live demonstration. From my research on Bielik, an open Polish language model: across 2,520 answers, four Bielik models said “I don't know” on their own only twice. Participants see what a confident, made-up answer sounds like.
- What to hand to the modelWe take tasks from your department and split them into those the model does well and those where the decision has to stay with a person.
- How to check the outputNumbers, quotes, sources and document summaries. Simple habits that catch most errors before they reach a client.
- DataWhat you may paste into which tool, how a personal account differs from a company one, and when to switch to a local model that keeps the data in-house.
- Rules for the companyAt the end we draft rules for using AI in your team.
We work on the tools you have: ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot or Gemini.
Article 4 of the AI Act: AI literacy
Since 2 February 2025, companies that use AI systems must look after their staff's AI literacy (Article 4 of the EU AI Act). This also applies to a company whose people use ChatGPT at work or the AI features in their office suite. In July 2026 the amending Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, known as the Digital Omnibus, softened the wording: instead of ensuring a sufficient level of AI literacy, it requires measures that support its development. The obligation stays.
A training session with a programme and an attendance list is one such measure, and it is easy to document. I am not a lawyer, so I leave the question of what else your company needs to your legal counsel.
What you keep
A draft AI use policy, materials for participants, and the programme and attendance list for documenting your Article 4 AI Act measures.
Questions
Do participants need to know AI or programming?
No. The training is for people who use AI occasionally or not at all. We start with how a model works and finish with tasks from their daily work.
Does this training meet the Article 4 AI Act requirement?
Article 4 requires measures that support the development of AI literacy, and training is one of them. You get the programme and attendance list for your records. I leave the assessment of the whole company's compliance to lawyers.
Which tools do we work on?
The ones you use: ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot or Gemini. If the company does not have business accounts yet, I will show how they differ from personal ones and what to look for when buying.
Where does the data from the exercises go?
We practise on examples you are allowed to share, on company accounts or on data I prepare. I also show local models, such as Bielik, which keep the data inside the company.
How much does the training cost?
From PLN 7,000 net per training day, plus VAT, ordered directly from me with no training agency in between. We agree location, travel and group size on the first call, and you get a fixed price before we start.
Can the training be subsidised?
For employers in Poland, it may be. In 2026 the National Training Fund (Krajowy Fundusz Szkoleniowy, KFS), a public fund that co-finances employee training in Poland, lists digital and AI skills among its priorities. Ask on the call what I can prepare for your application.
How to start
Book a short call and tell me who will be in the room and what your team struggles with most right now. I will tailor the programme to you, and you get a fixed price before we start.
