Training · AI for companies
AI training for companies
Three programmes: for developers, for business teams and for teams building applications with LLMs. We practise on your code and your tasks, and I tailor the programme to the team before we start.
In short
- Trainer
- Grzegorz Brzezinka. He has trained developers at PKO Bank Polski and researches when language models make things up.
- Length
- 1 to 3 days, depending on the programme.
- Format
- On-site or online, in Polish or English.
- Price
- From PLN 7,000 net per training day. You order directly from me, with no agency in between, and the fixed price is agreed before we start.
Programmes
-
Development teams
GitHub Copilot and AI agents for developers
Copilot's modes and the autonomous agent, instruction files, custom agents, spec-driven development and AI code review. Exercises on your repository.
- Who it's for
- Developers, tech leads and architects, including teams that already have Copilot licences.
- Length
- 1 to 3 days. The full programme takes 3 days.
At PKO Bank Polski the average knowledge-test score rose from 3.7 to 7.6 out of 10 in three days, and 20 out of 20 people deployed a working application.
-
Business teams and leadership
AI for employees and AI literacy (Article 4 of the AI Act)
What to hand to the model, how to check its answer and where the data pasted into a chat ends up. At the end we write down rules you can put into your company AI policy.
- Who it's for
- Sales, customer service, HR, finance, marketing and leadership. No technical background needed.
- Length
- 1 day or two half-day sessions.
The programme and attendance list stay with you as documentation of your Article 4 AI Act measures.
-
Teams building LLM applications
LLM and AI agent security for developers
Participants attack an LLM application the way an attacker would, then fix what they found: prompt injection, tool permissions, data exfiltration.
- Who it's for
- Teams building LLM applications, agents or MCP servers, and security champions.
- Length
- 1 or 2 days.
The programme is based on the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications (2025) and the OWASP Top 10 for Agentic Applications (2026).
Questions
How much does AI training for a company cost?
A training day costs from PLN 7,000 net, and you order it directly from me, with no training agency in between. A typical workshop runs one to three days. We agree group size, location and travel on the first call, and you get a fixed price before anything starts.
Can the training use our code? Will you sign an NDA?
Yes and yes. Exercises on your own repository work best, because people learn on the problems they will meet on Monday. I sign the NDA before I see any code, and we can run everything on your machines and licences.
Where does our data go?
Where you decide. Local models such as Bielik, an open Polish language model, run on your hardware, so the data never leaves the company. If a cloud model makes sense, we use providers and regions in the EU, and only with data you are allowed to share.
Do you run training in English?
Yes. I split my time between Rybnik and Oslo, Prosit is a Polish-Norwegian company, and I teach in English as often as in Polish. Invoices can be in EUR or NOK.
Can the training be subsidised?
For employers in Poland, it may be. In 2026 the National Training Fund (Krajowy Fundusz Szkoleniowy, KFS), a public fund that co-finances employee training in Poland, lists digital and AI skills among its priorities. Ask on the call what I can prepare for your application.
How to start
Book a short call and tell me who will be in the room and what your team struggles with most right now. We will pick a programme or combine several, and you get a fixed price before we start.

Has your team already built something with AI and now has to decide what comes next? The production-readiness review may fit better than a training.
